Concept, design and development.
The 'Victoria Arms' is a simple update of the 19th century ‘Smoker’s Bow’ armchair, commonly found in British Pubs and it’s namesake is a playful reference to those innumerous establishments.
The chair features simplified lines and luxuriously softened curves, bringing the timber to life and providing comfort and elegance. Solid ash and blackened steel combines to offer an industrial juxtaposition whilst slowing the gaze and guiding the eye around the chair. A useful aperture has been incorporated to aid the movement of the piece from place to place.
Bringing together the history, tradition and emotional connections that users have with pub furniture returns this archetypal product to the forefront of
modern interiors. The chair holds a sensitivity to both past and present, guaranteeing that it can be used in traditional and modern environments.
The chair also comes with a life time warranty, assuring you that this is a fine-quality product made to last for generations to come.
